What is tofu?
Tofu is a food made of condensed soy milk that is pressed into solid blocks. It is known to have originated from China and was discovered over 2,000 years ago!
To some tofu may seem like this strange food eaten in other planets and to others its part of their everyday diet and is almost a must-have staple for most vegans around the world.
Tofu is high in protein and low and fat and can offer an abundance of nutrients when added to your everyday meals. One of the many reasons vegans love it so much is simply the fact that its a great meat alternative and is extremely versatile when it comes to cooking.
Tofu is praised by many vegans around the world because well number one, its delicious, and number two well it can literally be made and used in almost any dish you could think of.
